When no ongoing legitimate business need exists, we delete or anonymize data. If deletion is not immediately possible (e.g., backups), we securely store and isolate it until deletion is feasible.

6. Do We Collect Information from Minors?

In short: No. We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18, nor do we knowingly sell such information.

By using the Services, you represent you are at least 18 or the parent/guardian of a minor using the Services with your consent. If we learn data from users under 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and promptly delete the data. Please notify us at wfyi@wfyi.ai if you believe a child has provided personal information.

7. What Are Your Privacy Rights?

In short: Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, object to processing, and portability.

  • Withdraw consent: Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us (see Contact). This does not affect prior lawful processing.
  • Marketing opt-out: Unsubscribe using the link in emails or contact us. We may continue sending essential service messages.
  • Access/Correction/Deletion/Portability: Subject to applicable laws and limits.

8. Controls for Do-Not-Track (DNT) Features

Most browsers/mobile systems include a DNT setting. No uniform standard has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to DNT signals. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will update this Notice accordingly.
